E-Series doors produced by Euro Design feature a nearly invisible glue line. Our state-of-the-art edge bander uses less glue and provides better penetration without losing the strength of the bond. PUR (Polyurethane) adhesive can be up to six times more moisture resistant than EVA glues, and posses a faster curing time. PUR adhesives are unfilled, producing tight joints and is transparent so it can be used with edgebanding material of almost any color. Additionally these doors are more resistant to heat, water, moisture, and steam.

Laser edge banding is also available by request for some material brands. E-Series doors fabricated with laser edgeband are finished with zero-joint laser edgeband applied with a true laser edgebander. The edgeband’s pre-applied, co-extruded polymer functional layer replaces glue that is traditionally used, resulting in a superior and seamless joint between the edgeband and board. The bond is equal to or greater than PUR which creates an upscale finished product with long term quality.
